This page is where I will track and share my CrossFit stats in the hopes of tracking progress and motivating myself.  I'm building this page slowly and I'm digging through my old training journals to find some of these stats. I'll update it as time goes on to record my “increased work capacity”! Thanks to Alicia at aliciacrossfit.com for the idea for this page!
