I had someone tell me last week they were afraid to increase the weights they were using in workouts because they didn't want to get bulky. Well, don't worry. It won't happen. If I'm "bulky" it's because I've worked my ass off watching my diet like a hawk and lifting heavy, heavy, weight everyday. General physical fitness from CrossFit 3-5 days per week will NOT make you bulky. Rant off.
